Electronics Engineering Department offers B-Tech Program in Electronics & Communications Engineering which spans over a period of four academic years comprising eight semesters. The intake is 132 in the first year and 12 leteral entry students in the second year.

Electronics and Communication Engineering Department also offers M-Tech Program in VSLI and Embeded Systems, which spans over 2 years comprising 4 semesters, the second year being for indudtrial trining and project work. The intake is 24 students.
