Admissions

Eligibility

The admissions to first year B.Tech courses are based on the ranks obtained in the State Entrance Examinations (Kerala Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM)) conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations. For B.Tech courses, 85% of seats are admitted by the State Government or by such authority as may be appointed by Government for this purpose. For the remaining 15% of the seats, candidates will be selected by the educational agency (Mar Athanasius College Association) from among the eligible candidates in the KEAM list who have registered their applications within the prescribed date in the office of the educational agency (Mar Athanasius College Association). Engineering diploma holders are eligible for admission to second year B.Tech based on the entrance test conducted by the State Government Technical Directorate. 

The medium of instruction for all the above courses would be English.

Program Qualification Eligiblity
B.Tech Plus two with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/ Biology, as one of the optional subjects with at least 45% marks put together in the above subjects All Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination
