The Governing Body (Board of Governors (BOG)) of Mar Athanasius College of Engineering chaired by Secretary, Mar Athanasius College Association, includes four members nominated by the educational agency, an educationalist/industrialist nominated by the management, a government nominee, a member nominated by the university, the Principal of the college, two representatives from the teaching faculty, and an administrative assistant. BOG mainly focuses on the progress in academic activities and facilities of the institution.
