The spot admission to the vacant seats in Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, Kothamangalam, will be held on 10.09.2026 as per the norms of CEE Kerala.
The candidates have to report at the Founders’ Block (IT Centre) of MACE Kothamangalam and register for the process. Registration will be allowed from 09.00 AM to 12.00 Noon only on 10.09.2026.
Full Fees need to be paid by all candidates taking admission in spot allotment (Fees remitted to CEE, if any, will be refunded by CEE later).
The admitted candidates should remit the fee of Rs.32,570/- (Thirtytwo thousand Five hundred and Seventy only) at the institute on the same day. [Tuition Fees, Admission Fees, Special Fees, Caution Deposit, University Affiliation Fees, University Administration Fees, University Arts & Sports Fees, University Examination Fees, PTA, Alumni, etc.] (Collection through card/e-wallet/UPI only).

Admission Slip issued by the college last admitted.
No Objection Certificate (for all admitted colleges other than Govt. Engineering Colleges/Aided Engineering Colleges/Govt. Co-Shared Engineering Colleges like CAPE, IHRD, SCTCE).
Candidates NOT admitted so far in any Engineering College under the KEAM allotment

If studying in an institution, a Possession Certificate issued by the institution mentioning the list of the certificates in their possession & No Objection Certificate (both in original by the head of the institution) and all the remaining certificates in original.
If not studying in any institution, all original certificates as mentioned below.
Those who got allotment in the spot should take admission to the college on or before 03.00 PM on 14-09-2026 with the following certificates in original. No further extension for joining will be given under any circumstances.
Allotment Memo issued by the College.
10th Certificate for verifying Name, Address & Date of Birth. If the Date of Birth is not included in the 10th Certificate, produce another Document like Birth Certificate, etc.
Data Sheet of KEAM 2026.
Original Mark list of Qualifying examinations (Higher Secondary or Equivalent). (Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination, if issued)
Eligibility Certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/ Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE.
Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended.
Conduct Certificate (issued after 1st April 2026).
Migration Certificate, if Applicable.
Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII(b) of the Prospectus 2026.
Passport size Photo – 1 No.
Claims for reservations – original of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the online application KEAM 2026.
SEBC communal reservation – Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate for state Government Education purposes obtained from the Village Officer in the prescribed proforma Annexure XXVII.
SC/ST reservation – Valid Community Certificate from Tahsildar (Format is given in Annexure XXIX).
OEC category – certificate to prove community – Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate for state Government Education purposes obtained from the Village Officer in the prescribed proforma Annexure XXVII. Fee concession – certificate to prove community and Income certificate is required from the Village Officer (below one year)
PD Quota – Certificate from Medical Board.
Candidates who cannot attend the allotment process in person due to unavoidable personal exigencies can authorise a representative to attend the allotment process on his/her behalf. Such representatives should submit an authorisation letter in the format prescribed by the KEAM 2026 prospectus Annexure XIX. No other format will be acceptable.
