IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING CENTRALIZED SPOT ALLOTMENT
- Students allotted seats in the 9 Government Engineering Colleges and 3 Government Aided Engineering Colleges
Students who had an allotment prior to the Centralized Spot Allotment in any of the 9 Government Engineering Colleges or 3 Government Aided Engineering Colleges can directly report to the institution to which they have been allotted through the Centralized Spot Allotment and take admission on 14 August 2026, after paying the prescribed fee.
Please note: All students who receive an allotment through the Centralized Spot Allotment are required to pay the prescribed fee, irrespective of whether they have already paid the fee to CEE or to any of the 12 institutions covered under the Centralized Spot Allotment.
The Transfer Certificate (TC) and other required documents can be submitted to the newly allotted institution on or before 18 August 2026, 4:00 PM.
- Students allotted seats in other colleges
Students who had an allotment prior to the Centralized Spot Allotment in any other college, including:
- Government Cost-Sharing Colleges (LBS, CAPE, KSRTC, IHRD)
- University-run colleges
- Private Self-Financing Colleges
must collect their Transfer Certificate (TC) tomorrow itself, i.e., 14 August 2026.
Without the TC, they will not be able to take admission in the newly allotted institution, as 14 August 2026 is the AICTE deadline.
Such students are therefore required to:
- Collect their TC on 14 August 2026 from their present institution.
- Report to the newly allotted institution on 14 August 2026 with the TC and all other documents specified in the KEAM Prospectus.
- Pay the prescribed fee as applicable. Details of the fee to be paid will be available on the website of the respective institution.
Students who are unable to reach the newly allotted institution before 4:00 PM on 14 August 2026, after collecting their TC, are advised to contact the respective institution immediately and follow their instructions.
Students allotted to MACE including branch charges are directed to complete the online registration in the portal https://mace.etlab.in/registration.
