Student Grievance Redressal Committee
The grievance redressal committee primarily covers the receipt of complaints from the stakeholders of the institution. The students may feel free to submit a grievance in writing, a complaint to the committee or an online submission through the link https://mace.etlab.in/user/login (Students who want to remain anonymous shall not reveal their details). The grievance redressal committee will only consider the cases forwarded along with the necessary documents. The committee reviews any issues or complaints raised by stakeholders and acts in accordance with the Institute’s grievance policy. The grievance committee will make sure that the grievance has been properly resolved within the time limit provided.
