Dr. Elson John is elected as Secretary of ASCE Indian Section, Southern Region, Kerala.

Dr. Theres Charly was awarded Ph.D degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Surathkal.

Dr. Devika Venu was awarded Ph.D degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Prof. Ann Maria Santhosh has received APJ KTU CERD funding of Rs 42000 for the project landfill leechate treatment using low cost moving bed bio film reactor.

Dr. Sachin Paul received the prestigious Best Young Concrete Engineer Award, sponsored by ICI Ultratech, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of concrete engineering.

Dr. Alka Abraham was awarded PhD degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Surathkal.

A 6.2m girder is casted in klar ready mix concrete with compressive strength 150 N/mm2 under the joint team from IIT Madras, IIT Thirupathy, NIT Calicut, KHRI and MACE

ICI STUDENT CHAPTER at MACE has received the best student chapter for its exceptional performance in 2023

In KSCSTE TECHFEST 2024, BTech S8 students of civil engineering department MACE -Nadheen, Niya, Meghana, Fiza guided by Dr. Alpha Lukose won the bronze price for best innovative project for the development of a ‘low-cost landslide early detection system’.

The team from MACE won first prize in the ICI Cube test competition and received Rs 15000 cash award. Team members: Anand, Mahin Ismail, Adil Muhammed, Cen Varghese and Fathima Noorudheen and faculty mentor is Prof. Indu Susan Raj.

Dr. Alpha Lukose has received KTU CERD Funding of amount 25000 for the project real time landslide early detection system at risk communities using low cost sensors network.
