Prof. Biju Skaria was awarded M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam.

Student Achievements

MACE MCA department celebrates bulk placements at TCS. We are proud to announce the achievement of our MCA (2024–2026) batch, with 17 students placed at Tata Consultancy Services. Arjun Babu, Ashfaq K S, Akhil Jagan and Sinju Mathews earned the TCS Digital offer and the remaining students secured excellent positions with the TCS Ninja offer.

Students from the 2024–26 MCA batch successfully secured placements at prominent companies including Infosys, UST, Experion, and Pumex.

Akhil Rock Babu of the MCA 2023-25 batch secured the third position in the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University examinations with an outstanding CGPA of 9.53.

Nikhila Baby, Hafsa C A and Amala P Chungath of 2023-25 MCA batch are successfully placed at IBM.

19 students of 2023-25 MCA batch have successfully secured placements at Tata Consultancy Services. Ajaidev S, Dona Jince, and Amala P Chungath have distinguished themselves by receiving the coveted TCS Prime offer, while Nikhila Baby earned a prestigious TCS Digital offer. The remaining students have all secured excellent positions with the TCS Ninja offer, marking a remarkable achievement for the entire batch.

Fathima Sana of the MCA 2022-24 batch secured the third position in the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University examinations with an outstanding CGPA of 9.60.

Muhammed Basith, Sujith S and Anurag V of 2023-25 batch secured the first prize in the word hunt competition in the IT Fest held on 09 October 2024 at Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha.

Dona Jince of 2023-25 batch secured the first prize in the coding competition in the IT Fest held on 09 October 2024 at Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha.

Ajaidev S and Ajay Das M of 2023-25 batch secured the first prize in coding competition in the IT Fest held on 1 - 2 March 2024 at Saintgits College of Engineering.

Akhil Rock Babu and Dona Jince of 2023-25 batch secured the first prize in coding competition in the IT Fest held on 13 December 2023 at MES AIMAT, Marampally.

Our project, 'Cognify: The Ultimate AI Productivity Assistant', demonstrated its potential by successfully competing up to the second round of the highly regarded SIGHT 2.0 Technical Project Expo, hosted by UST.

2 research papers authored by students of 2023-25 and 2024-26 batches were presented at the National Student Conference on Trends in Computing – “AI and the Future Frontier: Innovations, Ethics and Society” held on April 10, 2025, organized by SCMS School of Technology and Management, Muttom, Aluva.

Aakash P S, Thara George and Varsha U of 2022-24 batch received the Chief Minister’s Student Excellence Award 2023 in recognition of the meritorious aggregate achievement in the Under Graduate Examination conducted by Universities in the Kerala State during 2021-22.

32 research papers authored by students of 2023-25 batch were presented at the ICSSR-sponsored National Conference on Big Data Analytics for Computational Social Science held on November 5th and 6th, 2024, organized by MES College, Marampally.

Biby Binu, Nandu Sasikumar and Sethulakshmi M S of 2021-23 batch received the Chief Minister’s Student Excellence Award 2022 in recognition of the meritorious aggregate achievement in the Under Graduate Examination conducted by Universities in the Kerala State during 2020-21.

12 research papers authored by students of 2021-23 batch were presented at the ICSSR-sponsored National Conference on Computational Social Science held on March 17th and 18th, 2022, organized by MES College, Marampally.
