Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within and outside the college campus. The Kerala Prohibition of Ragging Act 1998 prohibits ragging in educational institutions in Kerala. Those who are involved in ragging will have to face severe consequences, including expulsion from the college/criminal proceedings as per rules.
An anti-ragging committee and squad are constituted at the commencement of each academic year. The committee and the squad shall take effective steps as specified by the Honourable Supreme Court of India, to prevent ragging.
