Papers are invited to IC@MACE-2023 on topics lying within the scope of the conference. The conference will have multiple tracks in various engineering and management disciplines. Please follow the following steps to submit your abstract and full paper.

Step 1: Authors have to first register in Microsoft CMT (with your email id as the username) to submit the abstract.

Step 2: After creating the account, login to Microsoft CMT. INTERNATIONAL COLLOQUIUM ON ADVANCES IN ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY will be visible on the My Conferences tab. If the conference is not visible in the list, search for ICMACE in the All Conferences section. While clicking on the conference name, a submissions page will open for entering the title and abstract of the paper.

Step 3: Enter the title of the paper and abstract (300 - 1000 words) in the space provided. Also, select the subject area.

Step 4: Upload the full paper in the space provided in AIP Format

Step 5: Click on Submit and view the submission summary of the paper.

Intimation of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author through email on or before 20th May 2023. Accepted papers will be published in IC@MACE/AIP conference proceedings, provided, at least one of the authors should register for the conference paying the prescribed fees as given below. The colloquium offers two options to publish the accepted papers.

Option 1 : Accepted papers will be published in IC@MACE 2023 conference proceedings. There is no additional publication fees for this option. If you are selecting this option, you should submit the paper (max 7 pages) in AIP format in doc/docx.

Option 2 : Accepted papers will be published in AIP conference Proceedings which is indexed in Scopus, CPCI- Web of Science (Thomson Reuters), Inspec, International Nuclear Information System (INIS), NASA – ADS, Chemical Abstracts, etc. Kindly note that the publication will be subject to the guidelines prescribed by the publisher. Authors of the selected articles, should submit the full paper in AIP format in doc/docx. A journal publication fees of Rs. 8300 (100 dollars) will have to be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Registration

After the submission of the full paper, authors are requested to register for the conference through the link (will be published soon). Details of the registration fee payable are as given below.

Account Details

Account details will be shared with participants once the abstract is accepted for presentation at the conference. The mode of payment of registration fees will be informed along with the acceptance mail.

Travel and Accommodation

No TA/DA will be paid to the participant; however, accommodation (paid) can be arranged for participants upon prior request.
