B.TECH ADMISSION 2023 – JOINING INSTRUCTIONS (MANAGEMENT QUOTA)

Candidates are directed to produce the following documents in ORIGINAL for verification for admission.

  • Original KEAM-2023 Admit Card.
  • Candidate’s Data Sheet – KEAM-2023. (To be downloaded from KEAM candidate portal)
  • Certificate to prove date of birth/SSLC/Birth Certificate.
  • Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended.
  • Conduct Certificate (issued after 1st April 2023)
  • Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued).
  • Eligibility Certificate from any University in Kerala, in case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than HSC, VHSE conducted by Govt. of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE/CISCE.
  • Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII(b) of the Prospectus, 2023
  • Recent Passport Size Photograph (not earlier than two months) – 1 No.
  • Fees (Approximately Rs. 28500/-).
  • Original 10th Certificate.
  • Those who require hostel admission should remit Rs. 26500/- (including Caution Deposit) for Boys hostel and Rs. 22000/- for Girls hostel.

Fees collection will be through ATM Card/UPI only.

Procedure for Registration (those who are comfortable with the online registration):

Register online at www.mace.etlab.in/registration, fill all the relevant information and upload the soft copies of required documents. Complete the registration process before coming to the college, which will help you to complete the admission process faster. Also please remember the Reference number of registration for future use.

You have to report to IT centre first for initiating the admission procedure.
